You know what would be better than seeing a Van Gogh painting? Being inside of one! And now, thanks to the Art Institute of Chicago, you can be!
Based on Van Gogh’s painting , the institute launched an interactive installation as part of their latest exhibition. It’s a life-size replica of the bedroom featured in the infamous work. The exhibition is entered around “Van Gogh’s Bedrooms”, which is drawn from three of Van Gogh’s works created between 1888 and 1889. The bedroom can be rented for just ten dollars a night on AirBnB.
