Former Sony CEO is accused of running off with a $150,000 advance for a book he never wound up writing, according to a lawsuit filed Monday.
Mottola — who was briefly married to singer Mariah Carey in the ’90s — signed on with Hachette Book Group in 2011 to pen an inspirational book about his rise to success called “The Bronx School of Business,” the Manhattan federal court lawsuit says.

Attempts to reach Mottola were unsuccessful.
