With fashion week month in full swing, so far we’ve seen one stand-out hero buy dominating the street style pics as well as the runway. The bomber jacket might not be anything new- far from it- but in London in particular, our favourite style mavens put their own twist on the cult cover-up.

From Olivia Palermo to a whole army of street style stars, the fashion pack printed their names, slogans, mottos… you name it, they wrote it. On their bombers. Yup, monogram madness has officially taken over, and now we want our own personalised piece.
We’re pretty sure Rag & Bone is to blame for this craze. Remember the brand’s AW14 catwalk? The models marched in glossy satin bombers emblazoned with their individual monikers. And since then, everyone from Kate Bosworth to Karlie Kloss have been spotted in one.
Now though, it seems that pretty much anything goes when it comes to deciding what to write on your own jacket. And that’s where Uzma Bozai comes in. We’ve been a fan of the London-based brand for a while now thanks to the sumptuous prints, vivid colours and incredible details on all of the pieces in each collection, but we have to say it’s the label’s own bomber that’s got our hearts beating a little bit faster.
Uzma Bozai Personalised Bomber Jacket, £296
With it’s intricate, all-over beading, you can opt for monochrome or electric blue and white, and you can write whatever you want on the back. While it’s a definite investment at £296, this is a jacket you’ll undoubtedly wear forever thanks to the luxe fabric, classic shape and, well, the fact that your name isn’t likely to change any time soon.
Rosie Fortescue has been spotted regularly in her Bozai bomber, and we’ve even customised our own here at Look to give you an idea of what you can do.
This is one trend that we can guarantee has your name all over it. Literally.
