A kick-start awaits with this green smoothie. It packs a major health punch and will surprise you how delicious it is.
Drink Your Greens, Smoothie
- A handful broccoli florets
- 1 sweet green apple, skin left on cut into chunks
- 1 – 2 tbsp juice of a lemon
- 1 handful of baby spinach
- Half a small bulb, fennel
- 1/2 avocado
- 235ml spring water
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds (optional and can be found in your local health food shop)
- Throw everything into a blender and blitz until smooth. Enjoy immediately.
