Deadpool Star Morena Baccarin Wants An Immediate Divorce From Ex Austin Chick — Here's Why She Could Get Away With It!

Morena Baccarin is NOT having it!

According to legal docs, Morena’s estranged husband Austin Chick is requesting a sit down to hash out divorce details (division of assets, spousal support, etc), before finalizing the split.

While that all sounds fairly reasonable, Baccarin is fighting against the order since she’s with Ben McKenzie‘s baby. The actress is asking a judge to grant a divorce like NOW and then thirty days after the little one is born she’ll figure out the nitty gritty with Austin.

Luckily for M.B.’s legal team, a doctor has ordered the momma to remain on bed rest until giving birth. Not to mention the medical professional believes a deposition would be “unnecessarily stressful” for the beauty.

Morena’s tricky situation is not too different from the drama between exes and . While the pair split in 2011, the divorce wasn’t finalized until June 3, 2013 — just TWELVE DAYS before was born!

Hopefully the Deadpool star will be able to get the immediate termination of marriage before the baby is here… especially since she and !

Either way, at least the leading lady can bask in the ! Deadpool did fabulously at the box office this past weekend.
