Bristol Palin & Baby Daddy Dakota Meyer Reach An Interim Agreement Over The Custody Of Sailor Grace — Read The Emotional Texts HERE!

Well, at least this is a start!

According to court docs obtained by the Daily Mail, and the father of her two-month-old daughter Sailor Grace have reached an interim agreement in their contentious custody battle. Apparently Bristol and Dakota Meyer came to an understanding through a series of
emotional text messages.

The peaceful conclusion is not too surprising considering Palin just shared an snap on . What’s strange is momma has never PUBLICLY named Meyer as the poppa.

As for the agreement, Mr. Meyer will be able to visit his baby every two weeks starting March 18 with a few stipulations (we are talking about the Palins, after all). Per B.P.’s request, Dakota’s three hour visits must be “supervised at Bristol’s discretion” and if he wants to reschedule he must do so two weeks in advance.

In addition, the war vet must “respect Bristol’s wishes to, the extent possible, feed Sailor breast milk,” and he can’t “consume or be under the influence of drugs or alcohol during his visitations with Sailor”. The political man is also permitted to Facetime the little girl “no later than 7pm Alaska time”.

Wow, that’s quite the list! As long as it’s in S.G.’s best interests, than that’s all that matters!

Explaining why she couldn’t accept D.M.’s recent emergency order to visit his daughter, Bristol said she’s too busy “breastfeeding” to allow four consecutive days of visitation:

“Ms. Palin is currently breastfeeding their two-month old daughter and plans to continue doing so until she is at least a year old. It is in Sailor’s best interest that breastfeeding continue and that Mr. Meyer’s visitation be fashioned so that he may begin bonding with Sailor without disrupting her breastfeeding schedule.”

Hmm… it’s too bad a better system could have been worked out. We wonder why Palin can’t allow Dakota to feed the girl her mommy’s bottled breast milk. Who knows!

“Palin: “I know you’re busy but I’d even meet you somewhere, she changes so much everyday, I don’t want you to miss anything.”

Meyer: “Yea i don’t want to miss anything either and being busy will never be what keeps me from seeing Sailor. Hopefully everything gets worked out soon and I can be in her life.”

Palin: “There’s nothing on my end holding you back Dakota. I want you (and your family) to be in her life as much as possible. It’s not about us, and I don’t care if you hate me, put it aside and put her first. She grows everyday and everyday I literally just think about how much you’re missing by not seeing her, so realize I’m not bs’ing you and want you to be a part of her life, from the bottom of my heart I do.”

Meyer: I don’t hate you Bristol I have no reason to but my hands are tied when I legally have no right to a child that is mine.”

Wow! It seems the exes are dealing with this the best way they know how… hopefully now that Meyer has established paternity he’ll have more access to Sailor.
