To connect you will need:
– the name of the server you wish to connect to (in most cases this will be ftp.mydomain.com. (i.e. if your domain is unarpages.com you would use ftp.lunarpages.com).– your master account username (this is your accounts user name and NOT your email address)– your master account password
At the top of FileZilla’s window is the Quick Connect Bar. This is the easiest way to enter the information and connect to the server. Enter the following pieces of information:

FileZilla should come to life attempting to connect and then present you with a list of files in your home folder:
Your main web site will be under /home//public_html. As you can see from the image above this user’s named ‘admin’, has their main web site is located under /home/admin/public_html.
If you have sub domains or add-on they will have their own folder under public_html.
For example if you have a sub domain called members.mydomain.com, the folder will typically be called members and be located at under the public_html directory.
Add on domains will have the full name of the domain (i.e. thisismyotherdomain.com) and also be located under the public_html folder.
To uplaod or download files you simple select the folder you wish to upload from in the top left area and then drag the files from the bottom left area to a folder on the left.
