The PatientChoice Awards recognize specialty pharmacies with the highest patientsatisfaction ratings across the United States.
Based on results from the ZHI 2016 Patient Satisfaction Survey, 2016finalists will be recognized and winners revealed at an awards luncheonon May 2, at the 2017 Asembia Conference hosted at the Wynn/EncoreResort in Las Vegas. Finalists are selected based on overall patientsatisfaction scores in one of two categories: PBM/Payer SpecialtyPharmacy or non-PBM/Payer Specialty Pharmacy.

The ZHI Patient Satisfaction Survey was launched in 2015 and isrepresentative of 80 percent of specialty pharmacies across the UnitedStates. Data is collected quarterly. The survey data are used to createa syndicated benchmarking report that can be used to assess patientsatisfaction and customer loyalty across a variety of therapeuticcategories. Finalists and winners will be recognized at the PatientChoice Awards luncheon. Finalists will be showcased in the March 2017issue of Specialty Pharmacy Times® and winnerswill be recognized in the June 2017 issue of Specialty PharmacyTimes®.
